Summary

While updating, NetIP is unable to fetch a potential new version to update.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch NetIP
  2. Open the Main Window > About Page
  3. Check for an update

Expected result

NetIP should check for an update and return the current status.

Current result

The check fails. Error is:

The time zone ID 'Continent/City' was not found on the local computer.
