Summary

NetIP hangs when settings DHCP/Automatic DNS Profile. Other profiles are unaffected.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open NetIP Network Popup
  2. Switch a network adapter to the DHCP/Automatic Profile
  3. The popup freezes.

Expected result

The popup should not freeze

Current result

The popup freezes.

This seems to be a regression that started on v0.2.1.

@bashik Can you confirm on your end that you can only reproduce the bug with the DHCP/Automatic profile?

Ah, no, it hangs with any profile being set.

Thanks for your feedback! It was a nasty infinite loop in the DNS settings code! :sweat_smile:

Bug completed & merged into branch hotfix-patch-v0.2.2.

Scheduled for release v0.2.2.
