Geo functionality is broken

Hey! Geo functionality is broken with ipinfo.io these days. Gives timeout, shows no flag. Could you please check?

Double checked on two computers.

ipinfo.io is Geo Info working on my end using several public IPs in different countries… :thinking:

  1. Can you paste here the logs of NetIP when the error occurs ?
  2. What does a web browser outputs when navigating to https://ipinfo.io/json from your computers? Does it also get a timeout?
  3. What is your Timeout value (seconds) in NetIP Settings > Network tab > Requests Settings ?
  4. You tried on two computers, but did you try from different public IPs using a proxy or VPN?

Thanks! Timeout was13 and it was too short I guess. But worked before.

Now it is 20 and everything works. Pardon for the preliminary alarm.

No problem, glad it fixed it!

Note that the default value for this setting is 25 seconds.
